The Secret to a sharp mind at the age of 80 and beyond?

Here is what we will explore together each week:

  • Session 1: June 4th – Inflammation, Immune Function & The Gut Health. We will break down what chronic inflammation actually is and how it interacts with aging and immune function. You'll learn how the trillions of bacteria in your gut microbiome directly impact chronic inflammation, immunity, and overall metabolic health.

  • Session 2: June 11th – Food as Medicine: The Anti-Inflammatory Diet. Why is an anti-inflammatory diet the absolute best tool we have to slow down aging? We will explore how your daily food choices can help protect you against chronic illnesses such as heart disease, cancer, dementia, autoimmune diseases, and diabetes.

  • Session 3: June 18th – Lifestyle Upgrades for Your Future Self. Diet is only one piece of the puzzle. We will cover practical, actionable lifestyle shifts in sleep quality, physical movement, stress management, and the cultivation of a sense of connection and purpose that will dramatically improve your health outcomes.

  • Session 4: June 25th – Alzheimer’s Prevention & Putting It All Together. In our final session, we focus on the brain-heart connection and Alzheimer's prevention. We will synthesize everything we’ve learned into clear, actionable steps you can start taking immediately to protect both your brain and your heart.
